About Us

Quality Management

Carl Guerra, President, and CEO, has Forty-Five years of experience in radiology and hospital administration. He served in the United States Army (Veteran) while obtaining education and training as a paramedic and Radiologist technologist. He attended UCLA and took several courses in Hospital Administration and Angiography. He was the Administrative Director of Midway Hospital Medical Center Radiology, and later was promoted to Regional Administration which includes the radiology operations in six other hospitals. Carl started developing the MIS network in 1993 and is the driving force behind MIS’s commitment to quality customer service.

Mike Lopez, CFO.  Mike has been with MIS for over 20 years.  Before MIS, Mike managed a staff of over 400 individuals and performed as one of the top leaders in the Aerospace Technology Industry.  Mike has become a respected individual in the Workers’ Comp industry, as his knowledge of claims and network management has given him the ability to connect with MIS clients and peers to provide better outcomes.

Maritza Gonzalez, Scheduling Supervisor. Maritza has been with MIS for 22 years and has trained and managed the scheduling department for over 15 years. Her years of experience have taught her excellent problem-solving skills that have delivered our clients a wonderful experience when working with MIS.  Maritza’s priority is to provide our clients with expedient services and fantastic customer service.
